Baraka Israel Enterprises Ltd (the “Company”) specializes in wine & culinary experience, In addition, the Company promotes wine culture through festivals and events, in particular and initiates and/or is involved in any wine-related activity it deems fit (the “Company’s Activities”).

Usage of the Baraka Israel Enterprises Ltd website is subject to acceptance of the statutes presented in this article and agreement with its terms.

COMPLIANCE

• • • There is a strict prohibition on actions that violate the law or public regulation.
    • It is strictly forbidden to copy the products and any other Site content.
    • We do not sell alcoholic drinks to persons under the age of 18years.
    • We are importers of legit products from Israel, South Africa and Seychelles.
    • We’re not involved in modification of products and only focuses quality delivery services and great packaging for our clients.
    • Orders can only be canceled before delivery. That is before 15 minutes after the order is placed.
    • Payments must only be made through the official payment methods in our website. These are MPESA, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Cash (Kenyan Shillings, Dollars or Euros). No faux monies shall be allowed.
    • In case of delivery delays and issues, we shall notify the client on the arrangements to sort out the delivery.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order that we cannot fulfil for any reason. We will always look to offer suitable alternatives where possible.
    • We reserve the right to refund any damaged or incorrect items on your order.
    • Should there be an issue with your order please notify us within 3 working days of receipt of the order.
    • Any unwanted items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item by you. Please note that we may not be able to offer a refund after this time.
    • All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the original condition otherwise a refund may not possible.
    • The customer is liable for the return of any item.  Please contact us for the options available to return your item.
    • We do not offer credit services unless there is a written legal agreement.
    • A delivery fee of Ksh 300/- is chargeable within Nairobi Environ.
